Plot[]
Eighth grader Makoto Kozuka is arrested on suspicion of being Lil' Slugger.Police are bewildered by his strange behavior. Ikari and Maniwa's interrogation reveals that the 8th grader masquerading as Lil' Slugger has quite an explanation for his bizarre crime spree.
