Akio Kawazu is introduced around 8:40 in episode 1 where he is apologizing to a man berating him for not paying what he owes and giving flowers instead. He is initially referred to by his surname and 'Akio' is revealed when he gives his business card out to Tsuki's colleagues at M&F.

Akio is very good at doing voice impressions, Tsuki is able to recognize the voices of her co-workers as he reads out the statements he gathered while interviewing them.
