Synopsis[]
Harumi Chono lives a double life as a researcher and sex worker. When her boyfriend proposes, she tries to straighten up, but things take a turn and she becomes Lil' Slugger's next victim.
Plot[]
The episode begins with a sex-worker named Maria who is getting up from a bed as her client, The Otaku achieves orgasm and proceeds to relate the experience to his anime figure collection in his room. Maria exits onto the street and calls her boss to let him know she is done. He then tells Maria that her final client for the evening is a certain [[Masami Hirukawa]|Mr. Hirukawa]. As she walks towards her next client, the camera pans to a wall covered in an array of advertisements for an escort service with the episode title written on the top of the advertisement along with a photo of a sultry woman and service details.
We then cut to Maria arriving home to her apartment who then plays the messages on the telephone answering machine. As Maria walks around the apartment unwinding, the voice of her other personality, Harumi, begs her to stop and leave her alone. Maria collapses onto the couch from exhaustion and falls asleep.
Her mind asks, "Who am I?" Before opening her eyes and stating, "I am Harumi Chono." She gets up from the sofa and removes her wig and false beauty mark as she assumes her place as Harumi. She then proceeds to take a shower. Afterwards, she opens her closet to get dressed. The closet is divided into two halves, one with conservative clothing for Harumi and the other with more flashy and revealing outfits for Maria. Harumi pauses to reflect before picking out her iconic light-green dress.
Harumi sits in front of a vanity mirror as she finishes getting ready. The surface shows the division between Harumi and Maria as one side is cluttered with perfumes, nail polishes, and other flashy bits of makeup. The opposite side of the surface shows Harumi's glasses along with a selection of toiletries plainly packaged cosmetics neatly packed into a wicker-basket style tray. She looks in the mirror as she puts on her glasses and gazes at her reflection peacfully.
